Pulse valve is mainly used in environmental dust industries, such as electromagnetic or pneumatic control by the pilot valve can open and close the high-pressure gas source to generate pulse valve diaphragm valve in an instant , but also commonly known as electromagnetic pulse were pulsed valve or gas control valve .

what's it used for?
Electromagnetic pulse valve ( also called diaphragm valve ) is a pulse jet bag filter cleaning system air "switch", Control pulse controller output signal control, bag- by-row ( room ) injection cleaning , so dust resistance remain within the set range, in order to ensure the processing power and dust collection efficiency .

Z type pulse valve for the right angle , the angle between the import and export of 90 °, suitable for mounting the air bag and the link between the injection tube , air flow, providing cleaning gas pulses to meet the requirements .
Y type is submerged pulse valve ( also known as embedded valve ) , it is mounted directly on the air bag has better flow characteristics . Pressure loss decreased for the lower air pressure in the workplace .

How it works?
Before the diaphragm into the electromagnetic pulse valve , after two chambers , when connected to compressed air , compressed air through the orifice into the gas chamber , when the diaphragm chamber pressure will close the valve outlet , electromagnetic pulse valve is in the " off" state.
Electrical pulse controller of the pulse valve armature moves , the bleed hole to open the valve chamber , the gas chamber after rapid loss of pressure . After the diaphragm moves , blowing compressed air through the valve outlet . The pulse is "on" state.
Pulse jet control device signals disappear , electromagnetic pulse valve armature reset , after the chamber put stomatal closure , after the chamber pressure rises close to the diaphragm valve outlet , electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "off " state.
